Adam McHugh

Adam McHugh is a writer and a contemplative who lives in Santa Barbara, California. An ordained minister, he is the author of Introverts in the Church: Finding Our Place in an Extroverted Culture and the forthcoming book, The Listening Life: Embracing Attentiveness in a World of Distraction (InterVarsity Press, October 2015). He considers a vineyard and a table with good friends and good wine to be his most sacred places.
